By utilising this service, you and your family will have access to a GMC registered, currently practising GP available on a 24/7 basis via phone and video. There are no limits to consultation times, where you can speak to a GP for as long as you need. Furthermore, any prescriptions arising from the consultation can be sent directly to your home or workplace.

1Stop4aGP - Patient Journey

  • Call our number, which can be found on your Access Instruction Page (included in your membership pack)

  • In the appointment booking process, you will be asked to quote your association name as it appears on your Access Instruction Page.

    You will then be asked whether you wish to book a phone or video appointment (video appointments available 8am-10pm)

  • Your consultation will take place on the day and time arranged. You can speak to the GP for as long as you need, there is no time limit.

  • If there is a prescription required following the consultation, this will be arranged between you and the GP to be delivered to either your home or workplace.

    Prescriptions are delivered by our pharmacy delivery partner, Pharmacy2u.

  • If there is any further treatment required, then your consultation note can be sent directly to you. We would then ask you to send this to us at 4 Armed Health for inclusion in your patient file. Just request this at the end of your call.

  • Alternatively, if you have private medical insurance, a referral can be sent to your PMI provider for follow up and specialist treatment.
