At 1Stop4aGP, our aim is to support and help keep employees healthy by providing convenient, simple access to a GP helpline.

Our service is available for all employees and their immediate families on a 24/7 basis, helping everyone to stay healthy and happy, free from waiting lists, giving peace of mind whenever illness occurs - anytime, anywhere.

Your employees will always speak to a GP who is GMC registered, licensed and fit to practice. Employees and their families have the option to speak over the phone or use the video consultation service.

Here whenever your employees need us, our doctors are here to give the reassurance and trusted advice needed.

Access to the service is not just for the employee but their immediate family as well. Ensuring peace of mind, anytime, anywhere.

How does it work?

Employees simply call the 24/7 helpline, where they’ll speak to an experienced member of the customer service team who will book either a telephone or video consultation with a GP at a convenient time.

One of our doctors calls the employee back at the appointed time and the consultation begins. All of our GPs are currently practising, UK based, GMC registered doctors.

With no time limit, employees can speak to a clinician for as long as necessary about any concerns or symptoms.

If you give consent, the recording from your call can be sent straight to your surgery GP, allowing for quicker referrals and further follow up treatment. If you have private medical insurance, referrals resulting from your consultation can be sent directly to a specialist, helping to expedite recovery.
